# 11: Eighth of 15 Steps to Your LIFE LAYOUT

Hope you are having fun populating  your “100 List”.  Keep in mind that it is a dynamic document that you will delight in updating frequently.  Because you will change and so should your list.

In the meantime, let’s move on to some other tasks you’ll want to complete before you are ready to create your LIFE LAYOUT.

This next exercise is all about commitments.  By virtue of your roles and your participation in life, you have obligations.  The fact that you could be a sister or brother, a parent, a child, a co-worker, a volunteer, a spouse, a grandparent, a club treasurer, a group organizer, and a role model for any number of people, matters.  You are also a human and a citizen of the world, your neighborhood, and a variety of communities ranging from the altar society to a MeetUp, a homeowners’ association, or LinkedIn group.

Create a list of commitments you are willing to make to meet your obligations and to excel in each of these roles.  (You may want to start by noting all of the roles that you have taken on in your life.)

These commitments, your “100 List”, other exercises you have been doing, and just a few more tasks, will form the foundation on which you will design your future.

Can’t wait to see what you create!
